Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport unveiled

After months of anticipation, the most exclusive and desirable hypercar in the world has gone topless.
Bugatti has today released the first official images and details of the limited edition targa version of its truly epic Veyron 16.4.
Officially named the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport, it will make its first public debut at this year’s Pebble Beach Concourse d’Elegance, on August 16th.
It features a removable soft-top roof - normally for the purpose of open air driving, in the case of the Veyron it provides an ideal opportunity to listen to that spectacular quad-turbocharged W16 engine.
The very first Grand Sport is expected to roll out of the Bugatti facility in Spring 2009 and will be auctioned off the following day at the renown Gooding auction at the Equestrian Center at Pebble Beach.
With a handful of limited edition Veyron’s already created, the first Grand Sport model is sure to be the pinnacle of exclusivity for the entire Veyron run.

Just watched the vid and I must say for me Ferrari have always been the ultimate drivers car.. Italian food, Italian women, Italian cars, Formula One, uncomprimising design, who can argue???
But this Veyron changes everything. 16 cylinders, 4 turbo chargers, 1001 horsepower… I’m left speechless…. just sitting here naked with a smile on my face…. and empty bottles of baby oil everywhere….

I was actually thinking, when Alborz was driving. When CarAdvice.com.au was launched, did he ever think it would put him behind the wheel of the Veyron???
