Toyota or TRD should make this car or at least release a racing version that look like this for the Yaris and corolla.

It is a hand built fully functional concept that cost 100,000 pounds to build, similar to the rear engine Golf that VW made.

Or the reason its RWD is because when the Designers said were told to build a radically new concept car for the London Motorshow... they thought "what should we do....? ....ay go crazy!

which they did - A RWD Toyota with a slight hint of Performance who would have guessed?

I like the idea of Toyota toying with some "Sports" cars, but this does look like it needs a shopping list down the gaurd, a really big rear view mirror and a heap of fluffy toys all over the parcel shelf.

Renault do the craziest things to the Clio why not Toyota. Because they are too conservative. Nobody wearing a cardigan and smoking a pipe would buy this

Could it be the reason Toyota have no intentiosn on building this car is because the Execs in Tokyo noticed it was RWD which [as their current range shows is] unfamiliar territory for them.

They should be build it. But then again despite being No.1 in sales Toyota have become one of the most boring and bland car manufactures of this decade! Kind of like the people who buy and drive their cars.

On a side note although very impressive power figures from a 1.8, it makes the latest (155Kw) 1.6 in the JCW Mini even more impressive. And guess what? They are making JCW Minis as we speak. Come on Toyota get your act together and start building some cool and inspiring cars again (Supra hint hint).
