Kia Sorento CRDi 2.5 litre Turbo Diesel

The Kia Sorento CRDi 2.5-litre turbodiesel, Kia’s mid-sized diesel SUV that’s due to hit Australian streets towards the end of the second quarter of 2007 is now on display at the 2007 Brisbane International Motorshow.
The car is powered by a turbodiesel engine which develops 125kW of power and a very respectable 392Nm of torque.
The 2.5 Litre Diesel joins the 3.5-litre V6 Sorento, which Kia says is now selling at a recommended selling price of $32,990 drive away, comes packed with an array of features including:
- part-time on-the-fly 4WD,
- limited slip differential,
- air-conditioning,
- cruise control,
- power steering and windows,
- remote mirrors,
- eight-speaker AM/FM/CD audio system,
- ABS brakes
- dual front SRS airbags.
Adding further to the Sorento range, Kia has also released a limited edition 3.8-litre Sorento named ‘Global Circuit‘. Only 400 of these Golden Circuits will be made. The special edition offers a nudge bar and DVD player plus the obviously more powerful 3.8-litre petrol engine which delivers 196kW of power and 353 Nm of torque.
