It would be good if we got the Type-R, considering Honda can canned the Integra. The only sport model left is the S2000, which sits way above a Integra or Civic Type-R in terms of price. Plus the S2000 days are numbered.

Yeah he seemed to have gotten the right civic. He mentioned how its coming out in march in the UK. He did his homework ;)

I say if people make enough noise with the new Type R then they’ll definately consider bringing this thing to Aussie. So if youre reading this now, and yes, i mean YOU, Then ring up your nearest Honda dealer, ask for a sales consultant, and bug them about the Type R! If we get enough people ringing them, then we’ll have a better chance of seeing this thing in the flesh

I wonder if the Honda dealer knew what he was on about?
It would be fantastic to see the Type R/S Civic make its way down under this year!

Well i rang up a Honda dealer here in Perth and asked a sales consultant whether theyll be bringing these into Australia. He didnt know at first so he said he’d go away and do some ‘research’. A day later, he called and actually said YES. He said expect to see it here in June or July.

I dont know if its true but i should probably call a few more dealers about it before i get too hyped up.
