Video: McLaren MP4-12C’s Nurburgring lap

Today, we proudly present a video of the run. Sadly it's an edited lap, but you still get a feel for what the car is like and how it sounds on the circuit. Pretty spectacular, as it turns out.

With its 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged V8 powering the back wheels, the MP4-12C is quickly gathering a reputation as a formidable track machine.

For those interested, the Ferrari 458 did the same lap a full ten seconds slower than the McLaren.
