Let's hope they have some good run-out deals going on the old model.
Could bring them into my price range.

The diesel engine models are the pick of the Santa Fe lineup & even though the outside styling is OK, the interiors are first class. Funnily enough, a lot of people mention the base SX interior looks better then the higher spec models.

Cheers !

Don't even think about the 2.7 V6. Despite what the optimistic figures say, it uses more fuel in real life than a Boss 290 V8 FPV. The 2.2 diesel though is brilliant. Smooth, quiet, economical and more useable grunt than the petrol V6. And the whole thing looks good and is very well made.

whether u love or hate Korean cars u have to congratulate them for raising the ante on standard equip levels and safety throughout the industry in the same way the Japs did in the late sixties and early seventies with standard carpets, radios demisters etc.
