  Just a bunch of 10 year olds saying, “My Commodore is faster than your Golf”, followed by some other 10 years olds saying, “No! My Golf is faster than you Commodore”. Then the first lot resort to using V8 Supercars as an example (anyone over the age of 11 knows that they have nothing to do with the road-going versions).

    Why is it, that no matter what topic or brand of car is on Car Advice, the same “crew” argue and bicker about commodores and Golfs??? Can’t they read or something, like this is a Buick article about ponytails……..Uh Oh,…I see, sorry, Bogans ponytails. Yeah, that pulled them in!!

This is based on the Opel Astra (basically a sedan version, solely for the US-market); so, since we’ll be getting the Astra here under the Opel brand in the next couple of years – hopefully as soon as possible – us Aussies will be able to experience that nice looking interior, not to mention the chassis

I used to have Buick Park Avenue when I was overseas, was an excellent car. Smooth, large and had lots of features for its time.

Only thing was if something goes wrong the costs was crazy!

Answering the authors question – 2009-2011 Subaru Foresters have a weird headrest that forces your head forward and makes it hard to sit comfortably

  Its actually anti-whiplash headrestraints that are designed to be closer for less travel backwards. That said, when I worked for Subaru, 1 in 3 people complained about the “headrests”, mainly women. But this could be aleviated by positioning the backrest back one step and guaranteed that they found it ok.
  Still, you knew it was coming and I did loose several sales because of it.
