Did anyone notice that the article stated ” Independent research conducted by Monash University indicates that ESP Stability Control can reduce the chance of injury in a serious crash by as much as 68 percent.”

How can ESP reduce the chance of injury in a serious crash? ESP can reduce the chance of a serious crash-YES, but once the serious crash happens the chance of injury is the same no matter if ESP is present or not.

Interestingly, Hyundai aren’t achieving near the sales numbers they were achieving here over ten years ago. They achieved around 60,000 sales in 1997, they’ll be lucky to crack 50,000 this year judging by this years numbers so far and in a growing market and all. There is no doubt that Hyundai products have come along way in the past decade, but it hasn’t been reflected in the sales figures.

Hyundai really has come a long way from the shit they sent us 10 years ago. Will be interested to see which becomes better first: Chinese or Indian cars.

I reckon in 15-20 years times a Chinese car company will be the new largest car company.

The writing is on the wall. Hyundai will eventually overtake Toyota for sure!

They are starting to offer a good product at a better price point.

Toyota will eventually have to build on the banks of the Yellow River if they want to compete and we all know how the Chinese like the Japs. Ha Ha Ha.

LG is now the equivalent of Toyota worldwide in the consumer electonics/white goods field.

LG customer service is excellent and I have examples.

My Samsung SyncMaster has been a good unit.
