Good to see the green badge making a return. Pity the performance in stood for isn't. :(

Still, I enjoyed test driving the 147 a while ago. Italian cars, regardless of power still have a character that brings out the hoon in you. A bit like my old 405 Mi16

well said Realcars. Alfa made superb driver's cars and RWD was half the secret. It's probably why BMW continue to lead the way in prestige market.

In fairness most cars weren't very reliable in the good old days.

Alfa made some classics as mentioned in the GTVs etc. I remember reading the Modern Motor review on the gtv6 and it was so far ahead of most things at the time. The early GTV still looks good today.

Alfa should make some rear drive performance models. They were very good at making good handling RWD in IMO.

Alfa Romeo makes some hot cars, pity they don't perform in that way though.

(I also hope that their reliability has gone up since the good old days)
