Why didn't you check that out before you payed for it if it's so important to you? At the end of the day, $60,000 isn't that much to pay for a car at all and space savers are becoming something of an industry standard. Unless somebody actually told you at the time of sale that there was a full size spare, I'm afraid you've got nothing to complain about. About 70 to 80 percent of new cars on the market have space savers now and that includes (so called) performance cars.
Why does it matter? I think space savers are a good thing. You can only go at a certain speed and they look crap so they're a good incentive to actually replace you're full sized punctured one, something that a lot of people don't do. You can still drive the car so why does it matter?

Did you buy new or used? Cause they came standard with a full sized alloy spare. Sounds like someone has replaced your wheel prior to you purchasing the vehicle.

Take it back to the dealer and have a whinge, they should replace it if they believe in customer satisfaction.
