Kia Soul Spy Photos
May 29, 2008 by Alborz Fallah
Although official press photos of the Soul have already surfaced, Kia is still keeping the covers on while undergoing final stages of testing.
It will hit the roads in Australia early next year, probably priced around $20,000, but the first chance to get a look at the production version of this all new model for the Korean manufacturer will come at the Paris Motor Show later this year. But before then, our European photographers spotted the car in the Austrian Alps.
CarAdvice understands the final specification of the Australian cars has yet to be determined but Kia insiders who have seen the final versions of the vehicle say it’s interior packaging, in particular, is “very innovative” and they believe it will have strong appeal in the local market.
Current engine setup is a petrol 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission.

Forget about this, bring back the Pregio, fitted with bench-seat, auto, ulp, and lpg! :-)

Why is there a photo of the Astra interior????
looks pretty good this KIA, seems they are getting much better with their design these days. so what happens in the industry when groups like KIA and Hyundai start gettign their design and quality reputations up…. gunna be a tough old day for someone like holden
C’mon KIA, bring back the good ol’ days, Carnivals with V6 motors blowing up, Sportages going in for their first service with 5 pages long of problems… I can just see all the disgruntled KIA mechanics calling this new thing an ArseSoul.
those were the days my friend we thought they would never end…………………….
Before u put any more shit on Kia just look at what LG and Samsung have done in consumer electronics and whitegoods.
They have wiped the floor with the Japs and it is only a matter of time before they do in it in the automotive field.
Come on guys it’s not that ugly! Specially for a Kia!
A great car, I can see my self driving one of these to impress the ladies. My good Man Lloyd will want one too, if you see mr Lloyd Port-lewis, tell him to meet me in the carpark.
