If I read this bsite correctly, they all started out in spots 116, 117 and 118, so their respective finishing positions amongst the Porsches is good going.

Obviously goes as well as it looks, and there is no problem with the DSG gearbox.

Commodore 31st Very nice effort

Lexus 121st Oh, dear…..Ugly car, ugly result.
Chin up Toyota, it’s no disgrace to be beaten by Fiestas and Commodores and almost every other make and model – or is it. Haha

The Sciroccos have qualified in 1, 2 and 4 in class for the Nürburgring 24h. Not a bad debut.

This thing is just beautiful – and it promises to go as well as it looks too.

The attention to detail in the interior is breathtaking, it is pure function but looks stunning.

I wonder if they’re planning to market the car in exactly this form, and perhaps start a Scirocco cup race class as Porsche does with their cars. They are all in the same stable now.

Very cool, i think Volkswagen should provide the option of a high performance AWD model with slightly more aggressive looks, call it the Scirocco Jet Stream or something, and a lower performance FWD model, much like how Subaru have done with their WRX and STI. I think if i were not to plant to have to drive around my children i think the former model would be the realistic dream machine for me.
