08 british registered plate meaning it was registered between the 1st March 2008 an today. Brand spanking new. Whoops.
Course if it had the driving dynamics of an Aurion it wouldn’t have slipped off the road in the first place.

ridiculously wide tyres would have been the cause for sure ha ha ha ha

    anyway,
i heard something else happened on set today aswell. this aston mishap happened a week ago i think.
cant remember but i thought something else went wrong for them too.

lets just hope the new bond flick is as awesome as the last one

I reckon the driver was a bit lucky to get out.

The most awsome James bond film I have seen wasn’t the last one (the blue bathers might have done it for the ladies but they didn’t light my fire :( ), it was the first one.

Two of us walked out of a Schools Board exam early to go and see the Dr No Premiere in Launceston :) Up till then that was a life highlight for me, and I’ve seen every one since. I weaned my kids onto James bond from the age of 10, and they are now diehard fans as well.

And I did pass the exam and go on to matriculate, in case anybody was wondering. But we did get seen in our striped blazers and boater (hard to hide in Launceston dressed in that uniforn) and had to front the headmaster and explain what we were doing, bringing the school into disrepute by watching what was regarded as pretty unsuitable material :)

    Whoa!

Oh Jeeeez, What a shame all right! Especially how it didn’t even make it to the filming.

  7. Az says:

man, people who crash cars in such hi-demand should be jailed…many others could have given it a good home…lol

  8. BMWsauberF1 says:

  9. Rhubarb says:

  10. Eureka says:

…nothing a paintless dent repair guy couldn’t fix!

  11. Martin says:

Az, I am thinking the same thing. This is just careless.

  12. o says:

yeah they crashed a second one into a walll this is gonna be the best 007 yet

  13. Bavarian Missile says:

Mind you what are they saying the word “shita” came up a lot!

Remind me again what the wait time for an Aston is?5 years???????

  14. Chaser says:

  15. DJ says:

The movie will now cost $0.60 extra to watch, to cover this loss.

  18. Johnny Sweeney says:

Daniel Craig is insisting that production company EON fits his Bond car with special tyres during promotional activities. Tyres that will actually be able to handle the amount of horsepower produced by the Aston Martin DBSs he’s cruising around in. After all the crashes that occurred during the shoots… I have a cousin working at EON who told me. I didn’t believe it at first but then he showed me a photo he took with his mobile (check it out). http://img382.imageshack.us/my.....408kz3.jpg Looks good!

Found this on another James Bond blog. I think they’re Vredestein tyres, which always have distinctive treads…. And I think I saw them at an exhibition somewhere… fitted on a Ferrari.
