Well, of anything Toyota has done since the HZJ75 Troopie, other than 100mm wider, they could have made it at least 300mm (1foot) wider on the wheel base. Should be 300mm wider on the HXJ75 long ago.
Waaaaayyyy too much high centre of gravity for 4wd’ing to be safe compared to Patrols, Defenders, et cetera.
What’s with 16inch tyres and rims???
18inch like on a military Hummer is more appropriate.
Plenty of 18inch-tyred trucks on the road.

I say, this car is not so bad. I had a test drive of it and it’s the body that really makes it appealing and although the price is kind of out of range, I would not mind spending more than enough for a vehicle that is built tough! It is a car you can rely on, right? Well, ain’t no complaining about that because if my LC 70 GLX Ute does not have cruise control…is it possible to install in anyways?
On the other hand, I’ve got nothing to complain about this beautiful Ute as I can see my friends already in “aw” the minuet they see me driving uptown in this big monster truck! Thank you Toyota — I owe you one!

I have been told that the V8 diesel toyota ute motor needs a piston and ring overhaul at approximately 200,000 klms, is there any truth in this rumor.

the new 3 litre patrol is no match for this ute, I drive the 4.2 and it destroys the cruiser but at current there is no competitor for this ute

and for the safety features one airbag is more than plenty, i would be happy with a pair of seatbelts. you dont want to hit a cow or a decent sized roo and have the airbag go off in your face!

i not long purchased a v8 turbo land cruiser 2008 model and i must say designed is everything i have already taken mine too places others won’t go because their afraid of damaging their panels or paint jobs on their $50,000+ 4X4′s, way too go Toyota I’m not afraid too take mine anywhere with piece of mind my truck is built tough and rugged enough too handle all sought of terrain all i need now is too get all the extras I’m dreaming about now, I love my land cruiser and reckon i won’t need another one, OHH WHAT A FEELING!!!!
