hopefully when the car is updated they make the nav screen bigger so that the weird black bits on the side can go

  • Harry

At $250,000 the dual-view touch-screen should be standard, absolutely retarded that manufacturers leave such features out of a quarter million dollar car and then expect people to shell out even more money

    • Shak

Manufacturers know that at this high level of car ownership, money is simply not an issue. Most of the people who buy these cars will just throw money at them anyway and spec every conceivable option onto them, and manufacturers know that they can charge them whatever they wish and they will most likely pay.

One of the sexiest cars on sale. ever.

  • nickdl

That is an absolutely stunning car. I’d love to buy a used one someday, although the only problem is that owners get their initials on the dashboard. I guess I’ll just have to try and find another black one with white leather and woodgrain with a previous owner of the same initials as me!!!

  • bangel

You dont realise how stunning it is till its viewed on the move , brilliant

  • kazuo

most beautiful saloon, not one parts looking bad

  • Well

Absolutely gorgeous and stunning from any view. This Jaguar is a car to pick over BMW 7, Merc S and Audi A8.

    • SC

I saw one parked in the street the other day and everyone was craning their necks to have a look. It was obsolutely stunning. Why you would choose a German over this?

      • The Realist

        Quality, features, badge, residual value…

  • Des

Look above these comments to the “competitors” pics. Audi, BM and Merc. They look so bland compared to the Jag. Looking at the XJ on show at “THE wedding” shows just how much presence it has. Awesome.

    • Jack

Absolutely! The Germans build great cars; but Jags have a certain flair of style that leaves them for dead.

  • The Realist

“There is some body flex evident and more often than not, a slight popping sound would come from the joints around the sunroof.”

You won’t get that in an S Class. No excuse Tata, sorry, Jaguar.

    • The Voice of Reason

The body is flex is a worry – particularly if it is to be a long-term ownership proposition, or, (what is more likely) for the second and subsequent owners.

It’s true that cars such as the S-Class will be bank-vault tight though…

      • Shak

Does it look as good, or drive as well though?

        • Baddass

          To me, yes.

          • Al Juraj

FYI, it’s been tested by Car & Driver to be more fun than a 7 Series. There’s no better compliment than that.

  • Ox

Im still amazed that I weighs less than the XF!!!

    • Michael Moore

You are lucky. I weigh more than the XF.

  • andronicus

    I absolutely love this car.

I see that the British PM has adopted this as his new state car. Classic.

  • topdog

Its just such a fresh look than all those audi and mercs you see around , And looks much better too

  • dazzer01

Nice car but … Black Black Black

  • michael83

The car has a presence..as a flagship should!!!
Can’t wait to see one on a massive set of wheels..

It will give ford fans a shock when they are looking for an XF and a Jaguar is on there screen

  • laurie

hmm wonder how Jag reliability scores these days hope they sorted that out this looks like its moving standing still

  • Steve

Awesome car. If you can’t afford it an A5 or Passat CC are (almost) just as gorgeous and gadget laden though.

    • andronicus

Passat CC doesnt even come close to the level of cool that this car exudes.

  • Mike Moore

Jaguar have not had reliability issues since the old British Leyland days in the 70′s and 80′s I have had 5 different Jags over the last 15 years and never had any problems whatsoever they have all been quick- extremely reliable and very economical(both new and second hand) its time that this old reputation was well and truly put to bed.
