Ferrari F40 .vs. 599 GTB Fiorano – video
It doesn't matter if it's Clarkson or Needell, sometimes words are simply not needed in a car video. Below you will see the Ferrari F40 .vs. 599 GT.
The Ferrari F40, arguably one of the greatest cars of all time, was built from 1987-1992. It's powered by a relatively small 2.9-litre twin-turbo V8, which results in 356.5 kW at 7000 rpm and 576.2 Nm of torque at 4500 rpm. Only 1,315 F40s were ever built.
In comparison, the current production model 599 GTB Fiorano has 456 kW (7600 rpm) and 607 Nm of torque. Still, the F40 can hold its own.
