How do i check the condition of my Civic 2000 GLI head gaskety as im loosing some collent although nothing supicious in oli and no effecty on acceleration or fuel economy . I recently towed a trailer and raised the temp to almost red! not over and Now I find I need cup of water ona day tri[p of say 600

If you want to talk about blown head gaskets, one work FALCON 6, its the blown head gasket king of Australia!

Cast iron block and aluminium head, how dumb is that!

Unless you have lots of money or talent, i would juse send it to the crushers,In fact we have a moral duty to send old cars to the cruchers, because they cause cause more carbon emissions and add to the golbal warming
