Gavin C,

This is not the Maxima Australia will be getting. There is speculation the Skyline may be coming back, but Nissan Aus isn't saying anything. If we get any Maxima, like the current version, it will be the Japanese version known as the Teana. Spy shots of the new Teana have been doing the rounds on the internet and it looks similar to the Intima concept from Tokyo last year. Nissan released an official spy shot of part of the front of the Teana in the last week and it looks less polarising than this thing. It is due for release later this month at the Chinese Motor Show. Any new Maxima should be on-sale here late this year or early next.

Others tend to not agree with your comments ANDREW M.

A 21yr old Nurse from Aust chopped a hole in his floor to try to get more speed out of his car. He alleges that due to 4 spacesaver skinny tyres on his hot candy red Toyota he needed more ticker in the car, so he decided to copy the Flinstones car and get more traction and torque in an attempt to have more pull then the underperforming torque spread of his beloved....the Aurion. There was plenty of pull achieved, with the downside being the nurse grumbling the words: DAM DOGOODERS AND SILLY BEANCOUNTERS, COULD OF SPENT MORE ON QUALITY TYRES...Grrrr dam! As for the effects of this pulling, well judging by some comments me thinks that he has RSI of the wrist!

Bugger me ANDREW M.....I read your Easter cheer (last response) and I chuckle a wee dram. All hell breaks with massive laughter as soon as I read the words Ian Turpie as gee isnt he a oil painting for deborched and wild. Looks like a weather beaten old gramophone and still going better then new. Obviously, we shouldnt nickname him Toyota....Ha Ha!

Its cool to see you are one of the funniest guys on here, shame so others cant follow our lead.

Hey you will chuckle at this..... You do realise it is claimed Iam on here daily and that this is another famous comment from the TP (master in his own head at everything) and the bending of reality (again). Do you think he is surrounded by gravity as we are as I truly think his comments are out there at times.....way out!

and why not ask our operators about the complimetry Torque Steer!!!!!!

we have many testimonials from happy customers saying their arms have never been stronger due to the day to day struggle to keep the thing on the road.
one happy customer says......
"I've never been happier with my purchase. I've tried many exercise machines claiming this and that yet none have been able to give me the full on work out that my toyota offers in trying to keep it on the road. and the best bit is i dont need to make time as i can do it on the way to work. Thanks Toyota"

Well there you have it folks. just one of many satisfied customers. why delay? ring now!!!!

(PS. read with your best Ian Turpy voice)

I think a certain individual doesn't understand the concept of a "press test fleet". Cars don't just get swiped from dealers to hand out to WHEELS.

With the Falcon about to be replaced, who can blame Ford for not having, or being interested in having, an XT on the fleet? How many times have you read a comparison report where the tester informs the reader that they were after a particular trim, price level or drivetrain combination and couldn't get it, so therefore made do with something else. It's not like they could foresee any member of the press actually wanting to drive one for comparison purposes at this late stage in the car's life. If they had an XR6 racking up some kays, they would understandably say, "here, have this one".

Wasnt able to supply a Falcon on the hahahah listen to yourself idiot, out of the 1000s at dealerships along they couldnt find one. Stop talking sh*t. They knew it would be beaten, the base model Aurion was seocnd only to the XR6 in dymaics and not by much, add suspension and its going to overtake. I already mentioned AndrewM the difference was like 2km/h around a slalom, that isnt huge. What is huge is nearly half a second quicker from 60-100km/h, two car lengths ahead!
