The official unveiling of the new Ford Falcon is now just hours away, and in true CarAdvice style, we plan to bring you all the no-fuss details as quickly as possible.

Along with the sedan, Ford is also set to showcase the brand new Falcon ute as well as the highly anticipated FPV range.
Whilst the brand new FPV GT will be toting an HSV-topping (just) 5.4-litre V8 engine, the new F6 is without doubt the performance car to look out for, tipped to produce a restrained 300kW from its force-fed six.

I recon people will hardly notice it’s the new Falcon on the road, so much for all this big talk.
Oh, and lovin’ the interior styling cues taken straight from the VE – two tone identical colour choice, centre info screen in between gauge binnacles. Not to the mention the exterior, I dont even wanna go there.
Gone of the days where you could easily tell a VB Commodore from a XD Falcon.
The similarities between the two now are just ridiculous, I laugh at all you people saying its gonna kick the Commodores arse. It’s the same figgen car!
