I have already read alot of things saying that it’s going to be the new baby land rover and that it would be priced at about $40,000. I have read more than 1 article saying so and like I wrote before – they wouldn’t price it there because everybody would just buy Range Rovers instead.

It is the sub Freelander so it’ll be the the cheapest thing they sell.

Under 100K???

I have my doubts, but if they do… then it would be severely “watered down” version of the one they showed in the motorshow..

this vehicle was stunning, I have to just say it was one of the cars to see when i went.

I would wait for the final specs, production specs, surely Land Rover will not bother if the performance will take a big hit to sell for under 100k… but if they do.. then I’d love to know how they can manage it so i can use it for my design propositions.

Im thinking 150~170K

Don’t be an idiot duck. A Range Rover Vogue starts at $140,000 and its alot better and bigger than this – I saw it at the Detroit motor show and I have a vogue and a sport back in Adelaide – MASSIVE size difference. Also why would Land Rover price it like that – everyone would just buy a Range Rover or no Land Rover at all.

Duck, I can’t see this making it to the road, but you’re right it will be V expensive despite being smaller than the Freelander. Land Rover have got too expensive for what they are, still there are plenty around.
